Refund Policy

For Journals:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on journals that are in brand new, unused condition. Journals that show any signs of use, writing, or damage cannot be returned or refunded.

If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to begin the process.

For Events:

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or inability to attend.

If an event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This includes cancellations due to weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Decisions will depend on the nature of the situation and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
